ANGELA LOEB

Career Consultant / Outplacement Specialist

Angela has been successfully supporting a broad spectrum of professionals in career transition for more than 20 years. Clients appreciate her background as a human resource recruiter, her experience in the corporate, education, nonprofit, and small business sectors, and her knowledge of a wide variety of industries such as financial, insurance, venture capital, manufacturing, software, and alternative energy, among others.

In addition to providing one-on-one career consulting services, Angela occasionally teaches classes through the Center for Professional Education at The University of Texas. 

A nationally-known career expert, she’s the author of two books on job search, one book on life purpose, and hundreds of articles. Her career expertise has been featured in numerous media such as the Austin American-Statesman, the Austin Business Journal, the San Antonio Express-News, and she has been quoted in regional and national publications and web sites.

DEBBIE ROSE

HR Consultant

Debbie has always had a passion for business excellence.  Early in her career she worked in corporate HR for an investment bank and a venture capital funded start-up company.  She then spent over a decade as a consultant for Arthur Andersen, Deloitte Consulting and Buck Consultants where she held the Principal designation and served in several leadership positions.  She helped Fortune 100 companies realize their business goals through designing innovative people strategies and programs.  Examples of the project she has led are:  HR transformation, career planning, performance management, business optimization, and compensation.  Most recently she started, ran and sold a successful small business that received national recognition for both financial and quality results.  Debbie received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s of Business Administration from Boston College.

FARRAH MITRA

Farrah Mitra, owner of Green Reed, is an executive coach, leadership development facilitator, and a people & culture consultant. She draws on her years of experience as a strategy consultant and People & Culture executive to bring both a strategic and a pragmatic approach to her work. She is well versed in hyper-growth environments and is a like-minded partner to her clients.

She worked at Bain & Company for more than twelve years, first as a strategy consultant earning multiple promotions, and then serving as part of their Global Professional Development team. She then became Director of People & Culture at Medallia and was most recently VP of People at Alto Pharmacy, where she built their people function from the ground up.

Farrah is one of a handful of  Radical Candor coaches in the world. She trained at the Coaches Training Institute and holds certifications in MBTI, EQ-i, and the Leadership Circle Profile. She attended Cornell University where she graduated Cum Laude.

Liz holds an adjunct faculty position at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and performed for several years in the international improvisational comedy troupe ComedySportz. She holds a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Gettysburg College.

MARIE SNIDOW

Marie has over 23 years of experience in talent management, including leadership development, talent development and executive coaching.  She utilizes her knowledge of leadership and high potential development to assist her clients in growing their leadership capabilities and removing barriers to success along the way. 

 

Prior to launching Albright Snidow, Marie served as AVP of Leadership Development for NFP, a global company where she designed and facilitated leadership programs in both classroom and virtual formats. As a skilled executive coach, Marie managed the executive coaching practice at NFP, providing leaders and high potentials with leadership assessment, feedback, customized individual development plans, and coaching.  She also selected and managed all external coaches.

A former Talent Development Consultant, Marie’s experience spans a wide variety of industries, such as technology, medical device, semiconductor, healthcare, aerospace engineering, energy, financial services, insurance, and chemicals. Former clients include: Mayo Clinic, Lockheed Martin, Los Alamos Laboratory, IRS, TXU Energy, Mobil, Dow Chemical, Medtronic, City of Carrollton, and Intel.

I’m pleased to partner with SAFE Institute and their lead sexual harassment training expert, Sandra Molinari. As a trainer and leader, Sandra has helped clients including Alamo Drafthouse, Planet Fitness, the City of Austin, Bumble, BookPeople and more to build safe, inclusive workplaces. 


As SAFE’s Director of Community Education, Sandra leads the BASE Program which focuses on recognizing, responding to, and preventing sexual harassment. In her 17 years of experience in training and program management, Sandra has designed and led hundreds of empowerment workshops, as well as engaging skills-based trainings for professionals in the United States and Latin America.
